Bad reviews cost you customers.
Most people check Google before they go anywhere. What they read there decides whether they walk into your place or the one next door.
They pick next door
People compare stars on Google Maps. If you score lower, they walk on to the place down the street. You never even know they were there.
Google shows you less
Google says it itself: your number of reviews and your score count towards where you show up in search. Fewer stars means less visible.
One complaint keeps coming back
As long as nobody fixes it, the next guest writes it down again. Week after week, the same complaint pulls your score further down.
No reply says something too
New customers read the bad review and see that nobody answered. That's the first thing they see of you.
It doesn't go wrong all at once. It just gets a little quieter every month.
Check your reviews freeYou can read what they say. You still don't know what to change first.
Your reviews tell you what people think. They don't tell you which of those things to deal with on Monday, and which one was a one-off.
- Nothing is ranked. One passing remark reads the same as a complaint sitting in 30 reviews.
- Nothing turns into a task. "Some guests mention slow service" is not something you can hand to a shift lead.
- Nothing gets checked. You change the Friday shift and never find out whether the waiting stopped coming up.
A summary is something you read. An action point is something you do.
Google summarises your reviews for customers deciding whether to visit. Useful for them. As the owner, you need something else.
- Tells you what people think of you
- Doesn't say what to tackle first
- No step you can hand to your team
- You can't see whether your change helped
- What to fix first, ranked by impact
- One concrete step per point, for this week
- What customers love, so you keep doing it
- Tick it off, and see weeks later whether it helped

No setup, no integrations, no developer needed. Connect once and we handle the rest, every week.

Big, clear and easy to read.
No charts to decode. Every screen tells you in plain words what is going on and what to do next.

This week's top action, and what your earlier actions changed, on one screen.

Every review gets a reply ready for you, in your tone. Read it, adjust it if you like, and post it.
What this means for your business.
See whether it helped
Tick an action point off. Once enough new reviews come in, you see what changed, for example wait time going from 2.4 to 3.6 stars. If it didn't get better, you see that too.
Concrete actions, not vague stats
"Add a floater to Friday lunch" beats "4.2 average rating." You read exactly what to do this week.
You can see whether the fix worked
Every topic gets a score. Mark an action done and check next month whether that score moved.
A heads-up before your rating drops
We watch your rating every day and email you the moment it starts sliding. So you fix it before customers notice.
Made for your kind of business
Every trade gets different reviews. See what customers in yours write about most.
I'm Wisdom. I built ReviewTreats because owners kept telling me the same thing: they roughly know what the reviews say, they just don't know what to change first. Knowing that guests mention the waiting does nothing for you on a Monday morning. So this reads every review and hands you a short list instead: what to fix, in what order, and what you should keep doing.
